After many attempts to reach an amicable resolution with SABC upper management in rectifying the entrenched media discrimination which sees the Coloured community of South Africa denied equal access to broadcast facilities, particularly, a national FM radio station, SAME has proceeded to release this letter in order to inform and educate the public about this critically important case.

We call on all equality loving South Africans who wish to see the airwaves liberated and ALL census defined groups of South Africa granted equal access to public broadcasting facilities to please read this case and forward to your mailing list.
